Current event topic- health

Hello I'm Riley Sigmon and I am a kinesiology major. The reason I am majoring in kinesiology is because I love sports and my concentration is sports medicine. I plan to go to chiropractic school after I get my undergraduate and become a sports chiropractor. This semester I will be blogging on the topic of health because I believe health is a major contributor to competing well in sports.
