Blog 1:Sugary Foods Increase Heart Risks, 2/7/14, 2:20pm

As we all know that the health is one of the important thing that we have to take care of. Thus, the food system is one of the important elements that we have to control to get a good health. However, in these days we see that the kind of bad or unhealthy food has been growing all over the world. Some of these foods have or include “added sugary” as we see in the candy, cake, sweetened beverages and other foods. This added sugary cause to increase the risk of heart disease. Thus, this problem lead to some researchers to make a study over a large number of adults to see about the kind of food they eat that it’s have added sugary. According to the article “Sugary Foods Increase Heart Risks” by Nicholas Brkalar, that after the study that made by the researchers they found these adult almost have 10% or more of their calories from added sugar. Thus, that led to increase in the hard problem in these adults, which is cause to death in some cases. According to the article, “those whose intake was 10 to 25 percent added sugar had a 30 percent increased risk of cardiovascular death. “ (2014). Then, after knowing all of these information we have to at least change or diet to less added sugar meals. We have to protect our children and lead them to the right direction and keep them health and a way from these diseases.
Analysis:
This article is presenting one of the big issues that we have in our diet system. So, it’s presenting some of studies that had been made to show the people the bad causes of the “add sugary” foods. Also, we have to think that this food may kill us and kill our kids, so we don’t say that we stop it but we have to decrease the amounts of foods that we eat. Thus, can you ask yourself that why the people back in days almost have the perfect health? That because the health system the follow which doesn’t include that kind of foods with high sugary.
