How a Warm-up Routine Can Save Your Knees

Summary:

In these days, there are many injuries that cause some damage to our bodies. That is because of some bad moves that we make whole we are doing different kind of sports, like soccer, basketball and other sports. One of the famous injuries that happened for the players in the knees and that because of some reasons like bad moves or that player did not warm up very well. According to the article “How a Warm-Up Routine Can Save Your Knees” by Gretcen Reynolds, says that almost 150,000 cases a year that happened to some of the players by some damage in their knees. So, that damage to our knees may cause chronic damage, which make the level of the sport we do go down. In the past few years, there are some researchers make or developed some program training that help to reduce the number by 50% of this injury to the players. Thus, this program help the trainers to train the players some warm up exercises to help the player to avid this kind of injury. Also, this program is become as physiotherapy to the player who have this injury and that help him/her to come back after this damage. According to the researchers say that the cost of this program $1.25 per one player, which is cheaper then the surgery that cost thousand of dollars.  Finally, this program not only warm up the body but also help us to wake up the brain and nervous system.

 Analyze:

I believe that in these days we see a lot of injuries to players around the world that cause some negative damage to them. For me, I’m big fan of soccer and I watch and play a lot of soccer with friends and I can tell that some time we see this kind of injury in the knees. So, I think this kind of program that we need to learn more about and do it before we play some kind of sports. And that is because we must warm up the muscles in our bodies before we play so that help us to avid this damage. I always try to warm up about 10-15 mins before I play soccer so that help me to give some advantage and also keep away from this injuries.
